  • More than fifteen years advising the board of a major U.S. trade association.
  • Extensive board-facing experience involving DOJ, SEC, compliance oversight, reputational risk, and institutional governance matters.
  • Advises organizations on governance structures, developing cultures of ethics and integrity, compliance systems, oversight responsibilities, and institutional decision-making under regulatory scrutiny.
  • Has guided companies and boards through multi-jurisdictional criminal investigations involving the U.S. Department of Justice, non-U.S. enforcement authorities, and parallel civil and regulatory proceedings.
